Mission Statement
We at CICA aim to provide our interns with a supportive environment where they can explore, grow and challenge themselves into becoming clinicians they can be proud of.
Vision
We see CICA as being an environment for clinical transformation where interns are provided the opportunity to experience the “world of private practice,” through each of its stages. We support interns from the root levels of clinical profile creations and first intakes, to impacting change at the practice on a macro level. CICA envisions a future where interns do not just come and go, rather they become a part of the clinical community and hopefully of CICA itself.
