Vanessa Dutra joined Collaborative Insight Counseling Associates (CICA) as a Practice Assistant in May 2024.

Vanessa brings a diverse background in Creative Technology and Administrative roles to her position as a Practice Assistant at CICA. As a 3d Artist, her creative direction has led to the developments of VR Games, Mobile Apps, museum exhibits & Design Courses. Passionate about leveraging technology for societal impact, Vanessa aspires to contribute to the realm of "serious games" where advancements in education, medicine and mental health intersect.

With a history spanning from Assistant Creative Director to Executive Assistant positions, Vanessa has been able to navigated corporate, creative and tech environments while striving to cultivate a vibrant, welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Vanessa is eager to leverage her diverse background to boost the efforts and impact of CICA and its Executive Director’s solo practice, Singh Psychotherapy.

In her spare time, Vanessa has a passion for food, she loves trying out new vegan restaurants, experimenting with new recipes and cooking for her friends and family. She also enjoys being a Dog Mom to her pup Uva and has recently started learning how to play the Ukulele.
